Check out how to put together an ombre planter with the beauty of Wave® Petunias. Get this trendy and impressive look with the help of White, Lavender Sky Blue, and Blue Easy Wave® Petunias.
Step 1 — Pick your planter
This decorative planter is meant for multiple plants, perfect for the look we’re going for. You can also achieve this ombre colour combo by using a long, rectangular planter.
Step 2 — Choose your Wave Petunias
Here we have three Easy Wave Petunias to create our ombre effect. Our picks, from left to right, are to start out with White, Lavender Sky Blue and finally, Blue. This gradient choice from light to dark will build that gorgeous ombre effect.
Step 3—Water your plants
After arranging your flowers in the planter, add your soil, and make sure to water your plants thoroughly. Since your plants are in a planter, they’ll need to be watered more frequently than if they were in a garden bed or landscape. You can even add a slow-release or granular fertiliser or schedule a regular routine of liquid fertiliser (every 2 weeks).
