Wowser, now those are petunias! Can't wait to try to Burgundy in front of my yellow barberry.
Also would be stunning with dusty miller or any silver plant. Bring on spring.

I do think the Easy Wave Red Velour were the plants I won last Spring. There was a pack of six, and I shared two each with my Mother and sister and kept the other two plants. These are fantastic! They grow fast; they are strong plants and do not fade as some red blooms do. Two of these fill a pot since they spread so well, and they are a unique color of red. I think anyone would be very pleased with these!

Love the red.....

Since I am a person that LOVES bright colors in my yard all summer long, I love the Red Velour. I can just imagine mounds of that beautiful red flowing all out of the pots and spreading across the entry way at the front of my yard.

If I had to choose a second, and since PURPLE is my favor color, I think that I would fo with the Burgundy Velour next.

Please keep up the outstanding work that you do in cultivating these gorgeous blooms for us to enjoy.

I love the Easy Wave Burgundy Velour. It is rich and elegant and will look wonderful down my drive way. I have used Wave products for many years and like to change the color each year. My neighbors look forward to what I will put out each year and this one is a winner.

Have four red plants in northern ny. Lots of flowers, but very little plant growth. What should I do?
Tuesday, June 2, 2015 | Sue

Hi Sue ... It's still a bit early for New York to see vigorous growth in petunias. The cooler temperatures can slow down the spread quite a bit. As long as the plant remains healthy (green leaves, new blooms) your plants are fine. They're just waiting for Mother Nature to warm up the days and nights so it can really do its thing. Make sure you offer your Wave Petunias some liquid nutrition every 10-14 days. And as soon as those night temperatures consistently stay above 60, you'll see the plants spread and fill in nicely. The Red Velour is just BEAUTIFULY GORGEOUS, and the Burgundy Velour Totaly TAKE's MY BREATH Away! Hard to make a choice between the two! I think they would be striking planted together.
