The question we get asked the most is: “Where can I find Wave® plants!?” We know you want to garden with the colors you love and the Wave Petunias that make sense for your outdoor space. So here are some tips we recommend for finding the Wave flowers you want.
'Find A Store' Search Tool
Our store-locator tool lets you search by zip or postal code to find garden retailers selling Wave plants near you. You can start your search here. Note: The search results default to stores found within 25 miles from your location, so you may want to increase your radius if you're willing to travel a little further. Be sure to call ahead for availability and to check store hours of operation. We try to keep our list as up-to-date as we can, but sometimes locations change details without giving us a warning.
Mass Retailers
You can find plenty of Wave Petunias in their pretty pink packaging at national chain stores like The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. We partner with these stores to bring popular colors in Easy Wave and Shock Wave to you, as well as top-selling Wave Purple Classic. At these locations you’ll also find ready-made Wave Petunia hanging baskets for instant décor.
Mass retailers have an early-Spring season of flowers, too, which includes our Cool Wave® Pansies in baskets and containers. Once the weather heats up (that’s early May for most of North America) pansies sell out and make way for our summer-loving Wave Petunias.
Local Garden Centers
We can’t stress enough how important it is for gardeners to make friends with their local independent garden center, greenhouse or nursery. These growers can be more selective with their choices of Wave Petunias, and it’s here you’ll find a wider color assortment from all of our Wave plants. Don’t see what you want? Ask! They have a close relationship with their suppliers and can possibly make a special-order on your behalf.
Side note for all you Tidal Wave® Petunia lovers out there: Tidal Wave is usually found in stores at the end of May or even early-June. Because it’s so vigorous, it takes a little bit longer to grow it for market, so don’t be discouraged if you can’t find Tidal Wave with the rest of your “Mother’s Day” flowers. But again: Be sure to ask for it at your nearby garden center. The more you tell them you love Wave, the more options they’ll make available for you!
Grow From Seed
Another way to ensure you have the Wave Petunia colors and styles you love is to grow them yourself from seed. We have many mail-order seed catalog partners who can deliver right to your home.
